A Supportive Space for
Meaningful Change and Healing
Quality therapy is an incredibly effective way to overcome barriers that may inhibit your ability to fully enjoy your life and your relationships. I believe my job as your therapist is to provide insight, understanding and support while promoting clients to take new directions in their lives and make positive, meaningful changes.
I have 25 years of counseling experience in various settings including some of the most renowned treatment centers like The Meadows, Pine Grove and Gentle Path for unresolved trauma, addictions, codependency and other relationship issues. I have trained with and worked alongside with Dr. Patrick Carnes, the leading expert in the field of sexual addiction, in a residential treatment setting for over 7 years. Since then, I began my private practice over 12 years ago to help those who struggle with sexual addiction, being in a partnership with an addict, childhood and adulthood unresolved trauma and relational issues.
In my spare time, I love to engage in my favorite hobbies such as snuggling with my dog, traveling, photography, crocheting and exercising. I am an Aries to a tee. Although I would never turn down good chocolate, my ultimate fav foods are usually salty and greasy. I love the ocean and hate cold weather. But most importantly, I love what I do!
