Assessment, Individual and Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy Session: $165.00 (60 min)
*EMDR/Hypnotherapy Trauma Resolution Session: $165.00 (60 min)
*Couples Therapy Session: $225.00 (60 min)
Discernment Counseling: $350 (120 min) and $275 (90 min)
Assessments: are an additional charge to the cost of the session
* EMDR sessions and Couples Therapy Session length will be determined in the assessment (60 or 90 minutes) to what is needed to be most helpful toward treatment goals. There is an additional charge for additional time exceeding 60 min.
Lauren Hoyt, LLC is a fee-for-service provider. You will be asked to pay at the beginning or end of each session. Payments are made by cash, check, debit/credit card (Mastercard or Visa) and HSA cards. Although I do not accept insurance for direct payment, a statement or superbill can be provided upon your request if you would like to submit for reimbursement with your insurance company. Please contact your insurance provider for more details.
I provide in-person appointments at my offices in Troy & Ann Arbor locations. Online appointments are available for residents of Michigan and Arizona
