The basis of my work is to provide insight, understanding, meaning and relief while promoting my clients to take new directions in their lives and make positive changes. I believe that quality therapy is an incredibly effective way to overcome barriers that may inhibit your ability to fully enjoy your life and your relationships.
I have been providing counseling services since 1997 in various settings including some of the most renowned treatment centers like The Meadows, Pine Grove and Gentle Path for unresolved trauma, addictions, codependency and other relationship issues. I have trained with and worked alongside with Dr. Patrick Carnes, the leading expert in the field of sexual addiction, in the treatment setting for over 7 years. Since then I began my private practice, here in Tucson, 9 years ago to help those who struggle with sexual addiction, relationship/marriage difficulties and unresolved trauma.
With my training in Marriage and Family Therapy, EFT and PACT, I offer guidance to couples who want to rekindle and deepen their love and commitment, resolve conflicts and improve their communication, build intimacy, heal emotional wounds and enjoy the benefits of a supportive, fulfilling and long lasting relationship.
